Shipping Florals Inexpensively

4 year old dried bridal bouquet | Pressed and arranged

Shipping florals can seem like quite an expensive ordeal. Especially when shipping across the U.S. Here are some quick tips below to help save you money! :)

Tip #1 Ship 2-3 Day shipping

I Know what you’re thinking.. “That’s crazy! My wedding bouquet is already 5 days old after my wedding … They’ll wilt and die being shipped that long…”

I promise that is the last thing that can happen! Only if you forget an important detail to your shipping supply list.

Tip #2 Cold Pack

Your best friend, the Cold pack!

Like the Floral Shipping Tutorial video shows, The cold pack is a vital part to keeping your florals fresh and upright for an extended amount of time. It chills the ends of the stems, reviving them and keeping them from wilting. When shipping overnight, the cold pack is not needed. But it can be a lot more costly when shipping overnight. I know it can feel like it may help the outcome of your floral press overtime. But believe me it will not make much of a difference.

Your bouquet is not a ticking time bomb, ready to wilt to unpressable condition.

Proof the cold pack works

Shipped 3 days after the wedding, came in after 2 days shipped, WITH a cold pack. From New Jersey to Florida!

Here are a few inexpensive, quality Icepacks you can purchase for your Bouquet! :)
