• When should I ship out my bouquet?

  Live Florals: Shipping your florals out earlier is always a bonus, at the latest I would try to get your florals out at least 5 days after the wedding.

  Dried Florals: As dried florals stay the same, there is no immediate limit to shipping out your florals. As long as they are shipped a week after your order placement!

• What Size box should my Bouquet ship in?

  Live Florals: Ideally, the boxes should measure less than 38" in length, 24" in height and 26" in width. Use Bubble wrap or air pillows to prevent shifting of the flowers inside the box.

  Dried Florals: Pretty Much any box you can fit your dried florals in with enough room for the supplies needed to ship! :)

• How much does shipping cost?

  Live Florals: Depending on the amount of florals you’re shipping the weight and size of the box will vary.

  Mixed Bouquet (Focal Flower, Secondary Flower, Filler, and Greens)

  With shipping overnight and depending on how far you are shipping from Florida, shipping can range from $20-$70

  Dried Florals: With Dried bouquets being much more lighter than live florals, shipping costs can be a lot less! :) $10-20

• Can I ship dried Florals too? Won’t they get crushed?

• What shipping carriers do you use?

  Unites States Postal Service (USPS)

• Where do you deliver?

  My floral pressing services are available across the U.S.

• Where will my order be shipped from?

  When your order has been received and your pressed treasure is ready to go home, it will be shipped from central Florida, where Vintage Elegance is located.

• What if my flowers arrive in bad condition after being shipped off to you?

  Vintage Elegance is in no way responsible for the condition your flowers arrive in. You are encouraged to keep flowers in water when not is use on your wedding day and also to keep out of hot humid environments. Please follow our care & shipping instructions provided, as we have done this many times and had a very good success rate when followed correctly. But not to worry! Vintage Elegance can make something beautiful from (Fresh, wilted or even old dried florals that are years old) Time is truly just a number to Vintage Elegance Co.  

Tracking & Delivery

• When will my order be shipped?

  After receiving your bouquet the process can take up to 3-4 months to be shipped out. As the art of flower pressing is a timely and careful process.

• How can I track my order?

  When your Floral Press is finished and ready to be sent home you will get a tracking code emailed/texted to you from Vintageeleganceco@gmail.com

Delivery Issues

• Some of my items have been damaged in transit, what do I do?

  Click the contact link and directly send an email to Vintageeleganceco@gmail.com with your order number and issue of damage and we will continue from there.
