General FAQs
Can I add other items to my custom press?
Of course! We can add photographs, written vows, ribbon, fabric, or any small sentimental item. Please email me with questions before purchasing your order.
See our portfolio of sentimental add-ons, here.
Will my floral press change in appearance or color over time?
Yes. Floral art is created from delicate, nature-made material and may discolor or fade over time. (Though I think the older they get, the more beautiful!)
Tips to slow this process include:
Keeping the frame out of direct sunlight.
Avoid excess heat and humidity.
Do not display in a bathroom or sunroom.
I have a new shipping address or a vacation coming up around the month my flower press will be finished, what do I do?
Submit your new address or vacation dates below for Emily to mark down on your order, below.
What is flower preservation?
The practice of pressing and drying flowers over a length of time. While the flowers are no longer alive, this technique allows for the creation of beautiful art that can be enjoyed for years to come.
When is the best time to book my order?
The earlier you book, the better chance there will be an opening for your bouquet. Emily is the only full time preservation artist, responsible for all client communication, design, framing, and more. The number of bouquets per week will be limited, especially during busy seasons.
How long does it take to press flowers?
This stage can take between 2-5 weeks depending on the types of florals in your bouquet. Each flower of a bouquet is handled carefully and pressed skillfully.
Learn more about the process, here.
Do you serve only local Florida clients?
No! We have shipped to almost all fifty states (sorry Alaska!), and even to Canada and the United Kingdom. Please email Emily to see if international shipping is an option for you.
Located Suwannee County, North of Central Florida
Do you offer other frame sizes?

How does payment work? Do you offer payment plans?

We offer an option at checkout called “After Pay.”

I am leaving for my honeymoon after the wedding, and don’t have anyone to ship my fresh florals.. What do I do?
not to worry click the link below!
How do I ship my bouquet?
Please see our “How to Ship” page for information on how to ship your bouquet and tons more about all things shipping!
How long will it take to receive my completed flower press?
Expect to receive your completed flower press approximately 4-5 months from the time it arrives at Vintage Elegance Co.
Will I be involved in the design process?
Yes! When your pressed florals are ready to be designed, Emily will email you several predesigns to choose from, based on your booking form. Once you are satisfied with the design, you will sign the Design Agreement Form (included in the predesign email). Emily doesn’t mind redesigning as much as you need, as long as you love it, is all that matters!
Can I provide my own frame for a discount?
If it is the right type and size for the type of florals we’re preserving, yes! However this is on a case by case basis, due to protecting the delicate integrity of your press. Not all frames may be suitable.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a custom service that cannot be reversed, we do not allow refunds or accept returns of finished products. *barring unforeseen circumstances.
We do have a 100% satisfaction rate and are confident you will LOVE your custom piece! Emily goes through many steps to ensure you love your final design before shipping back to you.
However, if an event is cancelled for any reason, please give a one week notice to the event date and we can issue a full refund.
What happens if my flower press or frame arrives damaged?
Although we take great care to package our pieces with as much protection as possible, we understand that damage may occur during shipping.
In the event that this occurs, we ask that you leave the piece as is, send us photos and an email and then reseal the box. Once you notify us we will send you a prepaid return label, repair the frame at our shop, and send it back to you as soon as possible

Dried Floral FAQs
Can you preserve my dusty, old bouquet into a framed flower press?
Good news, yes! I currently am accepting any and all aged, dried florals. There is no age limit to my services, no bouquet is too far gone to display beautifully in your home.
If you’ve got an old wedding bouquet that’s been lying around, let me press and preserve it in a frame to hang in your home forever!
My bouquet is over 10 years old, can it still be pressed?
Yes! Vintage Elegance has developed a long lasting technique to ensure your dried bouquet is not at risk of being crushed, and can absolutely be preserved and displayed beautifully in a frame forever in your home.
What is the oldest bouquet you’ve ever preserved and pressed?
Emily recently completed an order with a 27 year old bouquet! See our dried floral portfolio here.
Will a dried floral press look the same as a fresh floral press?
Obviously an older bouquet floral press won’t look as flat and vibrant in color as fresh floral press. But I promise you, your investment won’t be wasted, and it will still be just as beautiful and one of a kind. Please see our dried floral portfolio to see some of the beauties Emily has preserved.

“Incredible! Vintage Elegance Co takes lifeless dried flowers and breathes life back into them. A masterpiece. A keepsake. I still can't believe my wedding bouquet that has lost many flowers over the 8 years became this stunning work of art. The pressed flowers are breathtaking! I will treasure this forever and recommend to anyone who has an occasion where they want to save flowers. 5 stars aren't enough stars for this review. I wish I'd found Vintage Elegance Co sooner!!!”
