Vintage Elegance Co. is located in Suwannee County,

North of Central Florida. Serving locally and Nationwide :)

Once your bouquet has been received by Vintage Elegance Co, there is a 2-5 week window where your bouquet will be expertly pressed by Emily before she contacts you by email regarding your predesign. Please note that due to the number of daily package intakes, Emily can no longer personally notify each floral owner of their bouquet’s arrival. It is your responsibility to check mail tracking and see that your bouquet has arrived to Vintage Elegance Co.

You can also check your order’s progress on the order status page, updated weekly.

Expect to receive your completed

flower press approximately 4-8 months

from the time it arrives

at Vintage Elegance Co.

Once arrived at our FL studio,
your florals will be…

  • Emily will unbox your florals the day your florals arrive, and organize all sentimental pieces you’ve sent along to be incorporated in to your flower press.

  • This stage can take between 2-5 weeks depending on the types of florals in your bouquet. Once fully pressed, your florals will be filed under your order name and placed in the pre-design line.

  • Your florals are officially ready to be designed. Emily will email you several predesign options based off your booking form requests or previous conversation. You will respond with which you like best, or any change requests.

Upon receipt of the first predesign email, you will have 30 days to confirm and finalize your design with Emily. There is no limit to how many changes or redesigns you may need. Emily wants to ensure you love your final design.

Once satisfied with your design you will then sign the Design Agreement Form (that was included with the original predesign email) with your chosen design.

  • Once Emily has arranged your florals into the agreed upon design, the gluing and framing process can take between 1-2 weeks, depending on order size and season. (Expect delays during wedding season, hurricane season + holidays)

  • This process is the most exciting. Tou will know the day your flower press will be shipping out, through the Order Status link.

It will be shipped 3-5 day shipping through USPS with tracking, which will be emailed to you on the day of shipment.

Pressing, arranging and framing florals is a

beautifully slow art form,

forged from patience and lots of time.

Every single flower requires

delicate, expert handling,

specific to each petal based on the

moisture level, size, texture, thickness,

and so much more.

Because of this unique nature,

it is not a process that can be rushed.
