How to Safely Package & Ship your Dried Floral Bouquet

Things you will need:

Shipping Dried Florals

  • your special bouquet

  • 2 plastic grocery bags

  • 4 paper towels

  • bubble wrap/fillers

  • 1 box - There is no size preference as long as there is enough space for the foam peanuts to evenly cushion the bouquet, like a bubble- at least 2-3 inches of space around florals. The smaller the box, the less shipping cost will be!

  • Printed out Client Information Form

  • extra points for a handwritten note to Emily :) I keep all of y’all’s sweet notes you send! <3

Wrap your dried florals carefully, not too tight. Just enough to gently blanket the florals in a cocoon like shape.

see, just like a cocoon. :)

Now, time to gently wrap the two grocery bags over the florals. To ensure the florals are cushioned and encased in the bag.

I recommend two grocery bags for extra cushion. But you are more than welcome to add as many grocery bags to your liking! More cushion, the better!

Now its time to add the bubble wrap and fillers. On the bottom of the box put a little bit of the bubble wrap, newspaper or foam nuts.

Perfect! Now put the bouquet in to the box and add the fillers to the opening to the box, make sure all of the fillers gently support all around the Bouquet to stop movement when traveling.

Your Dried florals are ready to ship!! Ship overnight, or 2-3 day shipping. I will confirm receipt and you will receive your treasure in the mail several weeks later. :)
